Our Story
"Royal Cut started as a dream, shortly after I arrived in Washington from a small village in Vietnam."
With my family, I planned and saved to open a business built on one idea: quality salon services at prices the whole neighborhood can afford. More than twenty-five years later, I'm still behind the same chair — and some of the kids I gave first haircuts to now bring in kids of their own.
